About The Position

This traveling role is responsible for driving training compliance, operational excellence, and talent development across multiple shop locations within the region. The position ensures all training programs—including new hire onboarding, re-training efforts, and new initiatives—are executed to company standards and within expected timeframes. Serving as a subject matter expert in policies, procedures, inventory management, POS systems, cash handling, and the company handbook, this role partners with Area Managers to identify and develop high-performing talent and build a strong bench through internal development programs. The role also supports new shop openings and acquisitions by providing on-site setup, training, KPI tracking, and ongoing operational support while ensuring consistent adherence to company standards.

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience working in a multi-unit leadership role
  • Comfortable with frequent regional travel, spending 3–4 days per week in-shop
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to adapt to evolving business needs and guide teams through new initiatives effectively
  • Training Skills: Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to inspire and empower teams to achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

  • Training Compliance: Ensuring the training programs for each position in-shop are executed to standard and within the expected timeframes. This includes training programs for new hires, new initiatives, re-training efforts, and test markets.
  • Company Standards: Ensure consistent adherence to company standards in policies, procedures, and customer service.
  • People Development: Assist Area Managers with the identification and development of high performing talent in shops to build a bench of Managers in Training and Certified Training Shop Managers. Help lead the MIT and CTSM training programs. Validate Certified Training shops with in-person assessments.
  • Openings and Acquisitions: Support new locations through shop set up, training, KPI tracking, and ongoing support.
  • Policy and Procedure Experts: Be knowledgeable and able to teach inventory management, the point-of-sale system, cash handling, all training programs, and the company handbook.
