About The Position

Responsible for booking and revenue production typically in the $2.4 - $5M range, expense control while ensuring quality support and strong customer satisfaction.

Requirements

BA and five to seven years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
High customer satisfaction required.
High customer and sales interaction.

Responsibilities

Responsible for achieving booking and revenue targets for region.
Responsible for generation, tracking and proper follow-up for all support sales in region. With assistance from HQ, issue quotations and close orders to meet booking goals.
Responsible for timely submission of reports including sale pipeline, regional activities, project manpower forecasting and PM parts forecasting.
Represent Customer Satisfaction Group capabilities in new equipment sales process by assisting regional sales managers and sales management.
Follow up with customers to ensure YAI is paid for goods and services.
Address “critical” account issues to ensure prompt, complete resolution.
Manage budget and manpower requirements.
Responsible for timely submission of required reports.
Participate in development of new departmental policies.
Coordinate service contract activities, including quarterly reviews and renewals.
Work with Tech Sales to respond to customer needs.
