As Regional Supply Chain Director – Americas, you will play a key leadership role in shaping the future of our regional supply chain organization, driving strategic initiatives, and making a meaningful impact across our U.S. and Puerto Rico operations. Requirements

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Systems Engineering or Business Administration.
  • 5-10 years of experience in Supply Chain or Logistics within a multi-site manufacturing environment.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven expertise in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), demand planning, capacity planning, and supply chain transformation.
  • Experience with ERP implementations, advanced planning systems, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strategic, results-oriented leader with strong analytical, communication, and change management skills.
  • Expert level Excel experience for data analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Supply Chain organization across the Americas (U.S. & Puerto Rico), driving regional planning, operational excellence, and business performance.
  • Design, implement, and sustain an integrated Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process that aligns Sales, Operations, and Finance.
  • Develop high-performing teams while driving continuous improvement in customer service, inventory, procurement, and overall supply chain performance.
  • Optimize production capacity and balance workloads across multiple manufacturing sites to maximize efficiency and customer service.
