The position requires flexibility to work during business hours and collaborate with a team of dedicated educators.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be 18 years or older.
Meets all state preschool teacher assistant requirements.
Highly flexible and available to work during business hours.
Experience as a teacher assistant or in a licensed daycare is a plus.

Create a magical, safe, and engaging learning environment.
Deliver a curriculum that is both fun and developmental, aligning with Cadence Education's philosophy.
Document and share children's daily milestones with parents.
Collaborate with fellow teachers and leaders to create experiences that stimulate young imaginations.
Observe children's interests, ensure safety, and enhance their play with language, toys, and activities.
Encourage social skills and behaviors that promote success.
Assist in planning a varied daily schedule including quiet time, active play, indoor/outdoor activities, and fine/gross motor skill development.
