Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
18+ years old
Meets all state preschool teacher assistant requirements
Flexible and available during business hours

Responsibilities

Create a magical, safe, and engaging learning environment as a Substitute Preschool Teacher.
Embrace Cadence Education’s philosophy and collaborate with educators to deliver a fun and developmental curriculum.
Document and share children's daily milestones with parents.
Collaborate with fellow teachers and leaders to create experiences that spark young imaginations.
Observe children's interests, ensure safety, and enhance their play with language, toys, and activities.
Encourage social skills and behaviors that promote success.
Assist in planning a varied daily schedule including quiet time, active play, indoor/outdoor activities, and fine/gross motor skill development.
