About The Position

CACI is hiring Regional Site Leads to join a program that delivers mission-critical advisory, training, and operational support services that help mission partners stay ahead of rapidly evolving global threats. Working across geographic and functional combatant commands, these professionals play a vital role in developing, integrating, and sustaining mission-ready task forces that enhance joint force effectiveness and operational success. As the CYBERCOM Regional Site Lead and Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will ensure that Information Warfare (IW) and Sensitive Activities (SA) Services and Solutions are complementary efforts and support the success of CYBERCOM’s unique missions. This role serves as CACI’s senior operations planning lead, managing the growing interaction between support sites. It will develop innovative strategies for training the onsite team, coordinate efforts with the other functional leaders, and report directly to the Functional Leadership team. Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance with CI Polygraph
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of combined leadership and management experience in support of the US Department of Defense (DoD)
  • Sensitive Activities Advisory experience in support of US Special Operations Forces focused on Strategic Competition
  • 5+ years managing ACCM programs for US Special Operations Forces
  • 7+ years supporting Joint Special Operations Forces Psychological Operations experience in the virtual space
  • Experience enabling rapid capability development

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Cybersecurity, Intel or Psychology field of study
  • Proficiency with Signature Reduction, Identity Management, and Operations Security (OPSEC)
  • Experience planning operations in the information environment employing all IRCs
  • Experience incorporating Sensitive Activities with Information Operations
  • Knowledge of EW/CYBER/MISO/MILDEC and other IRC authorities

Responsibilities

  • Forms the foundation for Information Warfare (IW) / Electronic Warfare (EW) readiness
  • Ensure that Information Warfare (IW) and Sensitive Activities (SA) Services and Solutions are complementary efforts and support the success of USCENTCOM unique missions for CENTCOMs Mission Partners (primarily USCYBERCOM)
  • Actively leverage the people and processes necessary to achieve economy of force during planning and execution of the IW function
  • Serve as CACI’s senior operations planning lead to manage the growing interaction between support sites
  • Develop innovative strategies for training the on site team
  • Coordinate efforts with the other Apollo functional leaders and report directly to the Functional Leadership
  • Leads the Mission Synchronization Process working groups, coordinating integrated planning, execution, and reporting across an enterprise task set
  • Integrates new information, analysis, best practices, and lessons learned into reusable playbooks, templates, and decision-support artifacts across the team
  • Connects threat analysis, assessment, and planning to modernization and innovation efforts, ensuring initiatives stay grounded in credible, current threat baselines
  • Develops modernization and innovation strategies informed by emerging technologies and validated threat assessments, focusing resources on the most urgent capability gaps for Special Operations Forces (SOF) and other mission partners
  • Establishes and matures cross-functional integration mechanisms (for example, a training functional group) to provide a 360-degree view of threats, technologies, and demand signals; supports linkage of major workstreams as required
  • Coordinates with PM, Operations, Training, and Information Warfare (IW) functional groups to create synergies and maintain enterprise alignment
  • Assess outcomes and recognize best practices to set the conditions for future operations
  • Plan and coordinate IW and SA tasks and projects using planning knowledge and expertise
  • Produce verifiable, consistent, and executable plans given time and resource constraints
