About The Position

Are you a hands-on maintenance leader who enjoys supporting teams, elevating standards, and strengthening maintenance execution across communities? Join Morgan Properties as a Regional Service Manager and play a critical role in driving maintenance performance across multiple communities. This role supports a defined Western New York region spanning communities across the Greater Rochester and Buffalo markets. The Regional Service Manager must be able to travel within the region and respond on-site as business needs require, including for urgent or emergency situations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in multi-site and/or regional maintenance leadership
  • Strong technical expertise (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)

Nice To Haves

  • Leadership skills with a focus on team development
  • HVAC certification and/or boiler license a plus

Responsibilities

  • Oversee maintenance operations across the region
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of skilled technicians
  • Facilitate training sessions and reinforce consistent maintenance standards
  • Ensure compliance with maintenance standards and safety regulations
  • Build relationships with vendors and negotiate service contracts
  • Monitor performance and implement continuous improvements
