Regional Service Manager
About The Position
Are you a hands-on maintenance leader who thrives on driving consistency, developing teams, and elevating operational performance across multiple communities? At Morgan Properties, our Regional Service Managers play a critical role in shaping maintenance strategy, strengthening team capability, and ensuring our communities meet the highest standards. This role supports a defined Pennsylvania region spanning multiple communities across Southeastern and Central‑Eastern PA, including the Greater Lansdale, Reading, and Quakertown areas. Frequent travel throughout the region is required, with the ability to support onsite needs as they arise—including urgent or high-priority situations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in multi-site or regional maintenance leadership
- Strong technical expertise across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems
- Proven leadership experience with a focus on team development, coaching, and performance improvement
- Ability to influence across teams and partner effectively with operations leadership
Nice To Haves
- HVAC certification and/or boiler license a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead and support maintenance operations across a multi-site region, ensuring consistent execution and high-quality standards
- Mentor and develop maintenance teams, including Service Managers and technicians, to strengthen performance and engagement
- Implement and reinforce standardized maintenance procedures, processes, and safety practices
- Partner with Regional Property Managers and community leaders to optimize operations and troubleshoot challenges
- Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and service quality to drive efficiency and cost effectiveness
- Monitor performance trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement operational enhancements
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and applicable codes
