About The Position

Morgan Properties is seeking a hands-on maintenance leader to serve as a Regional Service Manager. This role is critical in shaping maintenance strategy, strengthening team capability, and ensuring communities meet the highest standards. The position involves leading and supporting maintenance operations across multiple sites, mentoring maintenance teams, implementing standardized procedures, partnering with property managers, overseeing vendor relationships, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with company standards and safety regulations.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in multi-site or regional maintenance leadership
Strong technical expertise across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems
Proven leadership experience with a focus on team development, coaching, and performance improvement
Ability to influence across teams and partner effectively with operations leadership

Nice To Haves

HVAC certification and/or boiler license

Responsibilities

Lead and support maintenance operations across a multi-site region, ensuring consistent execution and high-quality standards
Mentor and develop maintenance teams, including Service Managers and technicians, to strengthen performance and engagement
Implement and reinforce standardized maintenance procedures, processes, and safety practices
Partner with Regional Property Managers and community leaders to optimize operations and troubleshoot challenges
Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and service quality to drive efficiency and cost effectiveness
Monitor performance trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement operational enhancements
Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and applicable codes
