About The Position

EquipmentShare is hiring a Regional Service Manager for their Pacific Region. This role is responsible for leading a team of Heavy Equipment Maintenance Technicians (Mechanics) and is focused on transforming the construction industry through innovative technology, real-time support, and a dedicated team. The ideal candidate will bring energy and drive to their work and help build the future of construction.

Requirements

• Industry knowledge (rental industry or related construction field).
• Innovative and dependable.
• Ideally three years of maintenance and service experience.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel up to 70% of the time.
• Adaptable to the fast pace of a growing company and able to quickly educate themselves about and stay up-to-date on the latest EquipmentShare products and services.
• Competitive, but thrive in a team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of work planning, scheduling, and other supervisory activities.
• Superior customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent Education or Experience required.
• Extensive experience in the repair and maintenance of self-propelled platforms and lifts.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years old to operate a company vehicle.
• Must be able to move, stand, stoop, and bend freely.
• Ability to be in extreme weather conditions for a period of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
• Must be able to travel frequently.
• Must pass a 10-panel drug screen.
• Must pass a background check.

• Experience and/or a background in the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service operations across multiple locations within a specific region.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Manage service teams.
• Maintain customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate and supervise the quality performance of equipment mechanics and service personnel.
• Schedule repairs for customer and company-owned rental equipment.
• Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and inform them about new ways EquipmentShare can improve their business.
• Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints, or other communications.
• Oversee employee training and development.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
