About The Position

Konica Minolta has an exciting opportunity for a Regional Service Manager! Manage and lead a team of District Service Managers in order to provide Dealer and Direct technical support for all products and solutions marketed, sold through Konica Minolta.

Requirements

  • PC and dealer business operating system proficiency.
  • Conflict Management.
  • Ability to work with all levels of individuals and management throughout the organization.
  • 10+ years of Supervisor/Management experience in the office equipment industry or closely related field.

Responsibilities

  • Support Dealer Principals, Service Managers in assessing their needs and provide them with managerial and technical support through the District Service Managers.
  • Work closely with the Regional VP of Sales teams to support marketing initiatives and programs to increase product support and sales revenue.
  • Identify and implement processes to improve operational efficiencies, reduce expenses and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Establish goals for direct reports and monitor progress towards achievement of regional and Corporate objectives.
  • Lead all hiring activities for regional staff.
  • Provide on-going coaching, mentoring and development of staff to meet the needs of our customers and future business and growth opportunities.
  • Work with District Service Managers on the coordination and scheduling of field support to dealers.
  • Coordinate with Marketing Department, technical support for all product shows in the region.
  • Responsible for the development of the annual service operating budget for the team and accountability to meet or exceed profit objectives.
  • Assist Dealers, Direct Service Management with Pro-Tech program certification and enable training classes and other requirements to ensure they attain certification.
  • Handle on-boarding of new dealers and review all KMBS Web-based tools and portals needed to succeed with various dealer-level and D2D requirements in MKM.
