About The Position
Morgan Properties is seeking a hands-on leader with a passion for property maintenance to join their team as a Regional Service Manager. This role involves overseeing maintenance operations across multiple communities, leading and mentoring a team of skilled technicians, and ensuring excellence in maintenance standards and safety regulations. The position also includes building relationships with vendors, negotiating service contracts, and driving continuous improvement within the region.
Requirements
- 5+ years in maintenance leadership
- Strong technical expertise (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)
- Leadership skills with a focus on team development
Nice To Haves
- HVAC certification and/or boiler license a plus
