About The Position
Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is seeking a Regional Senior Individual Medicare Advisor to join their Employee Health & Benefits team. This role is pivotal in driving new enrollment within the Medicare unit. The advisor will be responsible for lead development, recommending solutions, managing client relationships, and educating/enrolling clients' employees in suitable Medicare offerings. This involves building client relationships, utilizing consultative sales skills, and leveraging MMA's resources. A key aspect is communicating strategy to diverse stakeholders, including local market CEOs, Sales Leaders, Practice Leaders, and Producers. The role also includes assisting with developing internal best practices, processes, and training/onboarding new team members, demonstrating team leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years of Medicare related experience
- Demonstrated sales successes and experience selling Medicare products
- Highly motivated to generate and sell new business

- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Possess excellent organization, time management and presentation skills
