Regional Senior BCBA (Dallas/Ft Worth, TX Market)
About The Position
BlueSprig is seeking a Regional Senior BCBA to provide hands-on clinical support across multiple centers (Keller, Flower Mound, Dallas, Arlington, and Ft. Worth). In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining excellence in ABA therapy while mentoring and collaborating with fellow clinicians. This role is open only to certified BCBAs, BCaBAs. BlueSprig puts clinicians first, offering BCBAs and BCaBAs the opportunity to lead with integrity, deliver high-quality care, and grow their careers in an environment that values ethical practice and genuine autonomy. The total annual compensation is up to $116,000, with a base salary of $93,000-$98,000 and an annual individual bonus of $7,000-$18,000 (paid monthly).
