About The Position

The Regional Sales Representative (RSR), Southcentral, works to support District Sales Managers, Customers, and Builders throughout the Southcentral region. This is in partnership with the following Cornerstone Building Brands: Ceco Building Systems, Metallic Building Systems, and Star Building Systems. You will report directly to the Manager, Regional Sales.

Requirements

2-3 years experience in the Pre-Engineered Metal Building Industry required
Strong communication skills and a desire to advance in Metal Building Sales
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and maintain positive relationships with all Cornerstone Building System’s associates, customers, subsidiaries, agents
Must have thorough understanding of construction process
Ability to work independently and in a team environment is essential
Must be able to support multiple projects simultaneously
Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.

Nice To Haves

4-year Bachelor's Degree preferred
Ability to comprehend and translate architectural plans and specifications preferred

Responsibilities

Attending in Person Builder Meetings to support Sales Teams
Estimate File Entry & Maintenance of Sales Quotes
Customer Training with Sales Systems as needed
Supports District Sales Managers by preparing estimates and facilitating communications between Estimators and Builders
Works with Regional Sales Manager to plan events and prepare reports to support sales growth in the region
Demonstrates a complete understanding of key customer’s business and the critical measures that drive each account
Works effectively and collaboratively with all Cornerstone Building Brands internal departments to ensure customer experience is optimized and efficient
