About The Position

The Regional Sales Operations role supports all Business Development efforts in the region. This role requires strong communication skills and deadline management, effectively collaborating with a variety of people and job functions, accomplishing tasks of moderate to high complexity and scope, and performing in a challenging and fast-paced environment. The position supports weekly regional sales meetings, manages and distributes sales leads, organizes sales training sessions, and manages company visitors and meeting schedules with the sales team. It also involves delivering frequent reporting to support sales initiatives and data integrity, acting as a leader, expert, and advocate of Sales Enablement tools, and aligning closely with Geo Sales Operations for all sales reporting. The role facilitates bid organization and responses, acts as a regional expert on bid management, and coordinates and delivers customer-facing regional events. Additionally, it manages regional marketing needs aligned with the regional Tactical Business Plan expectations and coordinates with regional Business Development teams to manage and deliver Targeted Marketing Campaigns and Regional Newsletters. The role also involves attending training & development sessions, supporting the District Sales Operations Lead, advocating for GEO Sales Operations strategy, and taking on additional assignments as required.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years in Business Development, Marketing, Communications or Project Management roles
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc
  • The ability to work off-site for local events
  • The ability to travel for trainings or events as needed
  • Strong problem solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong ability to interpret and act upon sales analytics insights to drive regional strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Support and attend weekly regional sales meetings
  • Manage and distribute sales leads
  • Organize sales training sessions for your region
  • Manage company visitors and arrange meeting schedules with sales team
  • Deliver reporting on a frequent basis to support sales initiatives and data integrity
  • Leader, expert and advocate of Sales Enablement tools
  • Closely aligned with Geo Sales Operations for all sales reporting
  • Facilitate bid organization and responses for region’s bid owners (Executive summaries, qualitative responses, formatting, deadline management, accuracy of response, etc.)
  • Regional expert on bid management and facilitation
  • Coordinate and deliver customer-facing regional events for the Business Development teams
  • Analyze and deliver survey responses
  • Regional leader, expert and advocate of templates and branding guidelines
  • Lead and manage regional marketing needs aligned with the regional Tactical Business Plan expectations
  • Coordinate with the regional Business Development teams to manage and deliver Targeted Marketing Campaign and Regional Newsletter emails
  • Attend training & development sessions to understand the requirements of Sales and Sales Operations
  • District Sales Operations Lead and support with job responsibilities
  • Advocate GEO Sales Operations strategy
  • Work closely with GEO Sales Operations
  • Take on additional assignments, as required, in support of Business Development in the district/region
