About The Position

The Regional Sales & Operations Manager will help grow operations by supporting our leaders in continuous development. Areas of focus include an increase in sales, leadership development, and creating consistent practices and training. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in cannabis, training, and influence to lead others. This position will have the opportunity to support all Mint Cannabis stores nationally and develop consistent practices, creating a unified training across all stores, and supporting the Mint culture. This position is based at our Tempe, AZ office, and is an entirely onsite role (no remote work options).

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years in cannabis operations or 3-5 + years in manufacturing/logistics with leadership experience.
  • Deep understanding of state cannabis laws and seed-to-sale tracking systems (e.g., Metrc).
  • Strong leadership, analytical skills, and ability to thrive in fast-paced, highly regulated environments
  • Executive-level business acumen with the ability to balance strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Driving revenue through high-level sales strategies, managing sales managers, and identifying new market opportunities.
  • Ensuring smooth functioning of daily business activities, including supply chain management and inventory control.
  • Navigating complex state and local cannabis laws to ensure all operations, from seed-to-sale, are compliant.
  • Mentoring staff, including retail store managers, sales associates, and cultivation teams.
  • Managing budgets, controlling costs, and analyzing financial data to improve profitability.
  • Serve as a member of the leadership team, contributing to company-wide strategy, growth planning, and operational scaling.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop managers and operational leaders across multiple states and functions.
  • Drive consistency in execution across locations to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Work closely with HR, Finance, Compliance, Operations, and Security to align operational execution with company priorities.
  • Act as a decisive, solutions-oriented partner to the CEO and executive team
  • Deep understanding of operational metrics, KPIs, and data-driven decision making.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to drive accountability at all levels.
  • Excellent communication and influence skills across executive and frontline teams.
