The Regional Sales Manager will work with internal functional teams to achieve customer satisfaction, support independent rep agencies with sales calls and information exchange, and provide input for planning and product forecasting. This role is responsible for creating and executing sales forecasts and budgets, providing market intelligence on pricing, market share, and aftermarket trends, and communicating pricing to customers. The position also involves prospecting, new account setup, customer order processing using an ERP system, and representing ZF at trade shows and industry functions. The role requires 50-75% travel and involves representing customer needs in accordance with ZF company policies, providing back-up within the department, and assisting with competitor product changeovers.
