About The Position

Pixee is growing, and we're looking for an exceptional Regional Sales Manager to own and scale our US West territory. If you've built something from the ground up, thrive with real ownership, and want your work to actually matter, we'd love to talk. REMOTE - Located: within the US West region While this is an individual contributor role, you'll act as the de facto sales leader for the West, with meaningful ownership over pipeline creation, deal execution, and how we show up in market. Must be located in Pacific Time Zone.

Requirements

  • Cybersecurity experience selling to technical audiences is a must
  • Proven experience building and scaling a sales region as an IC
  • Comfortable operating autonomously, and hands-on in an early-stage startup environment
  • Accountable for pipeline and revenue, with a track record of exceeding goals
  • Driven by results, thrives in performance-driven environment

Nice To Haves

  • Application Security experience is a strong plus

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow the West region end-to-end
  • Build pipeline, close deals and expand key accounts
  • Serve as the regional sales lead, shaping territory strategy and execution
  • Partner closely with founders and engineers
  • Help define how Pixee scales sales as the company grow
