About The Position
Axis Communications is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the South NJ region. This role involves promoting high-quality products and assisting partners in the sales and education of Axis Communications solutions within the designated territory. The ideal candidate will live south of Interstate 78.
Requirements
- Strong selling skills, ability to listen and tailor a presentation to meet customer needs with a responsible independent drive.
- Ability to effectively motivate in a time-sensitive environment.
- Trustworthy and resourceful disposition.
- Public speaking skills.
- Multi-tasking and time management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent electronic trade training.
- 5+ years’ in sales driven position.
- Strong technical background.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office applications.
Responsibilities
- Continually promote and educate integrators, distributors, consultants, and end-users on the benefits of IP Video and Axis cameras.
- Maintain fluid and dedicated relations with prospects and current customers.
- Arrange and execute site visits to conduct product demonstrations, presentations, lunch and learns, and speaking seminars.
- Work cohesively with Axis Communication’s Application Development Partners.
- Recommend proper camera solutions and adequate product comparisons.
- Actively participate in trade shows, seminars, Axis Academies, Webinars, and other promotional sales activities.
- Prepare weekly sales reports with new and existing projects.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Benefits
- OTE (On-Target Earnings) of $150,000 to $160,000
