About The Position

The Regional Sales Manager will lead the growth and profitability of a defined multi-state territory with a primary focus on asphalt emulsions, pavement preservation products, and related specialty asphalt technologies. The position is responsible for market development, customer relationship management, financial performance, operational coordination, industry engagement, and talent development while serving as a key technical and commercial resource within the region.

Requirements

5 years of sales experience in the asphalt industry.
Ability to speak in public.
Ability to relate to all customers on a business and technical basis – contractors, owner agencies, consulting engineers.
Well-established favorable industry reputation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to travel for business needs. The travel expectation for this position is 2 nights on average per week.

Responsibilities

Develop, grow, and defend market share for asphalt emulsions, pavement preservation products, and related specialty asphalt solutions throughout the assigned territory.
Manage the financial performance and strategic positioning of the emulsions business throughout the assigned territory.
Ensure exceptional product quality, supply reliability, customer service, and operational efficiency.
Develop and support team members to maximize performance, engagement, and career growth.
Strengthen the company's presence and reputation within the asphalt emulsions and pavement preservation industry.
