Requirements

Bachelor degree in a scientific or business field
6-8 years' pharmaceutical, biotech or healthcare industry experience with special focus on sales and/or marketing
3+ years experience in field sales
Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations
Demonstrated leadership/team management experience

Responsibilities

Develops sales plans and coordinates marketing strategies for sales management team within assigned region/country wide for a given portfolio or TA
Works with regional management to establish strategy and tactical approach for generating sales in support of corporate strategies and objectives
Manages all aspects of regional business and optimizes marketing resources to drive sales results
Coaches sales team, providing timely feedback, direction and guidance to ensure effective sales efforts
Helps secure and maintain customers through high level customer contacts
