About The Position

Sandvik Mining is seeking a Parts & Services Regional Sales Manager for the U.S. Region. This role is based out of any U.S. location and requires a results-driven sales leader passionate about developing teams and driving profitable growth. The manager will lead and coach a front-line sales team, directly driving Parts & Services (P&S) revenue across Nevada and Utah. The position involves executing national sales strategies, converting opportunities into orders, and ensuring the team remains customer-facing, focused on generating new business, strengthening relationships, and delivering value-driven solutions. Requirements

  • 5 to 8 years experience in mining parts and services sales
  • 2 years sales management experience
  • Must have the legal right to work in the United States on an indefinite basis without employer sponsorship.

  • A proven track record of leading front-line sales teams, driving portfolio growth, converting opportunities into revenue, and executing national sales strategies

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive regional P&S revenue, growth, and profitability
  • Execute national sales strategy
  • Ensure pipeline creation, progression, and conversion
  • Lead, coach, and develop a regional PSSR team
  • Drive accountability on pipeline, activity, and results
  • Ensure structured account planning across the region
  • Drive retention and share-of-wallet growth
  • Ensure strong pipeline and CRM discipline
  • Drive qualification and prioritization
  • Drive execution across key portfolios
  • Align with Category Managers and cross-functional teams
  • Maintain strong field presence and customer engagement
  • Ensure compliance with commercial and safety standards
  • Serve as the regional champion for the Machine Rebuilds and Components portfolios
  • Support the Product Manager on Rock Drills execution
