Service Champions is looking for a high-impact Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales teams across multiple service centers. Requirements

  • Proven experience leading sales teams.
  • Knowledge of residential building systems.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for team development.
  • Ability to resolve challenges and motivate teams.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop high-performing outside sales teams.
  • Conduct ride-alongs, performance management, and ongoing training.
  • Drive regional revenue growth and profitability to meet/exceed targets.
  • Oversee sales processes, approvals, and performance metrics.
  • Develop short- and long-term strategic plans for multiple service centers.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and HR.
  • Participate in executive-level planning and leadership meetings.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor top-tier sales talent.
  • Travel between locations to ensure consistency and team engagement.
