The Regional Sales Manager leads the sales operations and strategy execution within a designated region. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective leadership of the regional sales team, including Sales Associates and Surgical Sales Representatives. Please note: This is a remote role, candidates must be located in the United States Central Region or willing to relocate(Kentuchy, Tennessee, Misouri, Alabama, Kansas, MInesota or Colorado) No relocation assistance available.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
CRM systems, Microsoft Office.
5+ years in progressive sales roles and supervisory experience.
Availability to travel (up to 50% domestic travel)
Candidates must reside within the assigned region: - Central (Kentucky, Tennessee, Missouri, Alabama, Kansas, Minesota or Colorado)
