About The Position

MUTOH, America, Inc. is seeking a results driven Regional Sales Manager to lead territory growth across the Southeast U.S. This remote position is responsible for driving sales of wide format printers, supplies, and services through new business development, dealer and reseller relation management, and channel enablement. The ideal candidate brings a strong track record in printing industry sales, particularly with large format printers, and is skilled at identifying market opportunities, growing revenue, and supporting reseller success. This position reports to the Director of Sales and is based within the southeast region of the U.S.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in large format printer sales or closely related industry.
  • Proven success in business development, territory growth, and account management.
  • Experience building and maintaining strong dealer relationships.
  • Demonstrate ability to identify new business opportunities and engage prospective channel partners.
  • Highly organized, with strong tie management and prioritization skills.
  • Strong negotiation, presentations, and relationship building capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Professional presence and strong customer service skills when working with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experiencing using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and expand market share across the Southeast region for wide format printers, supplies, and services.
  • Develop new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with existing dealers, and key accounts.
  • Build, manage, and maintain an accurate sales pipeline, including weekly and monthly forecasts.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and consult with prospective customers to recommend solutions that best meet their needs.
  • Introduce new products and services to existing dealers and support adoption within the territory.
  • Train, coach, and support dealers and their sales teams with the tools and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Partner with marketing and product teams to develop samples and sales support materials for reseller channel.
  • Address product claims, complaints, and customer concerns promptly, helping coordinate appropriate resolution and corrective action.
  • Keep channel partners informed about competitive activity, pricing, promotions, sales strategies, and emerging market opportunities.
  • Utilize HubSpot CRM to manage pipeline, activity, and quotas.
  • Travel 50%-70% as needed for reseller visits, dealer events, trade shows, industry events, and company sales meetings.
