About The Position

The Cary Company is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow our Western region, covering AZ, NV, CA, WA, and UT. This role provides leadership responsibility for a team of outside sales representatives across key industrial and distribution markets, with direct impact on regional performance, team development, and execution. This is a field-oriented leadership role. While posted in Arizona, the role manages a multi-state territory and requires regular travel throughout the region.

Requirements

• Proven success in sales leadership, ideally within industrial, packaging, or B2B distribution environments
• Experience managing multi-state or regional sales teams
• Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills
• Confidence negotiating and closing complex opportunities
• A college degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes regional sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals
• Leads, coaches, and mentors a team of outside sales representatives

• Manages a dense, multi-state territory with frequent travel
• Partners closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
