The Regional Sales Manager will lead a team of Territory Sales Representatives, driving revenue growth, market share expansion, and customer satisfaction within their assigned territory. Reporting directly to Vice President of Sales, the Regional Sales Manager is responsible for executing sales strategies, holding sales teams accountable, and ensuring consistent, high-quality customer engagement. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring strong leadership, coaching, and deal support to maximize results. This position is responsible for the Kent, Spokane, and Rochester markets in Washington State. The role may be based in Kent, WA or Spokane, WA and oversees all Washington State sales teams.
