Why You Should Join Us This is a Regional Sales Manager role in the West, specifically determined to grow Reell's Industrial business (aerospace, med device, etc.) in the state of AZ and CA. What You’ll Do As a Regional Sales Manager , you will: Sales Planning: Develop and execute an annual sales plan that includes strategies to grow existing customers and acquire new customers within key industrial market segments including designers of aircraft interiors, point of sale kiosks, gaming, lighting, and medical equipment to name a few. Identify, develop and pursue large scale new opportunities with energy by engaging with engineering, procurement, quality, and C-level executives. Work closely through excellent communication skills and the HubSpot CRM platform, together with sales agents and internal team members to promote and sell Reell technologies. Effectively and efficiently manage multi-million dollar sales pipelines, ensuring consistent revenue growth and forecast attainment as well as assigned budget for travel. Key Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for Reell, with large, key account customers, fostering deep and wide relationships. Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion, ensuring long-term partnerships and increased revenue streams. Act as a trusted advisor, selling with Reell’s values providing customers with innovative solutions, product insights, and industry trends. Collaborate with other sales and marketing team members to support programs to drive sales and profit growth. Sales Agent Development and Support: Partner with Channel Management to develop and support sales agent representatives within assigned geography including providing customer support, training, solution identification and joint sales calls to ensure representatives are able and motivated to help grow the Reell customer base. Act as the primary point of contact for the customer of the assigned sales agents within assigned geography and also help identify new sales agents if none currently exist. Sales Reporting: Maintain timely, accurate records of customer interactions, sales forecasts, and market developments in Reell’s CRM (HubSpot) and Sales Intelligence (Zoom) platform. Participate in ongoing pipeline reviews to communicate opportunity development progress and market information with Reell sales and marketing and leadership teams. Develop and execute annual sales plan for assigned geography. Demonstrate growth in contacts, deals and new customers. Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor and communicate industry trends, competitor activity, and technological advancements to adapt sales strategies accordingly. Provide insights and recommendations for executive leadership for future business development initiatives. Develop a comprehensive understanding of market drivers, trends and competitors. Collect Voice of Customer to contribute to new products, new markets, and business case development. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal team members (Application Engineering, Channel Manager, Customer Service, Marketing, Leadership Team) to align sales strategies with company objectives. Collaborates with Reell Sales Agents (manufacturer representatives) within the region. Collaborate with Latin America, EMEA, and Asia Pacific Sales teams to pursue and secure global and cross-regional business opportunities. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 7 years of strategic sales and account management experience in one or more industrial markets
  • Significant successful sales experience managing key accounts and closing new business within industrial-related markets
  • Success in selling premium solutions designed into new products across industrial or medical related product development
  • Experience selling to design and mechanical engineers ideally involved in new product development
  • Experience managing and developing sales agents
  • Understanding and experience in determining customer needs and selling value-added solutions
  • Understands how to manage and analyze market trends and communicate it to the key stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent skills in connecting with people and maintaining relationships
  • Time and territory management skills that allow you to maximize your time and grow sales
  • Adept at resolution of conflict, and working in a collaborative environment that values collaborative dialogue with others on issues, and openness to being influenced by others
