Role Overview The primary role of the Regional Sales Manager is to promote, grow, and support the sales and business development of IMI products in a fast-paced , high-growth environment with a focus on results and providing superior solutions for the customers in the assigned region. This role focuses on driving growth for our advanced control valves, which integrate digital capabilities and automation in a space that’s rapidly evolving and full of opportunity. It’s a chance to work on innovative, high-impact solutions in a growing segment of the valve industry. The target audience includes mechanical and controls contractors, manufacturing reps/distributors to help promote the new product, designers for specification work, and OEMs. This role involves proactive networking, attending trade shows, engaging with incoming leads, and building strong relationships across the industry. Work Environment : This is a remote role with up to 50% annual travel to customers, trade shows, and events. Travel will vary based on business and customer needs; some weeks may involve no travel at all, while others may include 1–4 days on the road. It’s not expected that you’ll be travelling five days a week regularly. Flexibility is built into the role to align with priorities and demand.
