We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the Eastern region of the US.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of medical sales experience; or Advanced Degree and 3 years of medical sales and leadership experience
- Successful medical sales record
- Experience with sales and personnel management functions
- Knowledge of prosthetics

- Additional experience in marketing, training, technical services, or related areas
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing strategies to achieve short and long-term business objectives
- Communication with leadership and team on regional performance, challenged and successes
- Leading and overseeing regional pipeline
- Attending national and regional trade shows as required
- Planning and leading national meetings
- Reviewing and approving pricing requests
- Developing and building relationships with distributor partners
- Coaching, developing, mentoring, and motivating sales force
- Budgeting and forecasting
