About The Position

Photronics is seeking a Regional Account Manager (RSM) - US East to drive revenue growth, manage key accounts, and expand customer relationships within the Photomask semiconductor market. This role involves developing and executing regional sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with channel partners, OEMs, foundries, and semiconductor manufacturers to achieve sales objectives. The RSM will work with the VP of US & EU to identify new opportunities and deliver customer value aligned with company objectives. The position is based on-site in Allen, Texas, with an expectation of 50% to 75% travel within the region.

Requirements

  • Ability to develop and execute regional sales strategies, manage pipeline, forecast accurately and drive revenue growth across territory.
  • Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing flows, customer technology requirements, and related equipment or materials.
  • Expert ability to negotiate pricing, contracts and commercial terms while engaging engineering, procurement, and executive stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to build trust, expand accounts, manage complex relationships and influence decisions across customer organizations.
  • Recognize market trends, emerging customer needs and new applications to drive growth in existing and new accounts.
  • Ability to develop and execute customer strategies aligned with near-term revenue goals and long-term technology roadmaps.
  • 8+ years of experience and 2 years leading a team in semiconductor sales, account management, or a related field.
  • Experience working with fabs, IDMs, OSATs, or semiconductor equipment/supply companies.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes or supply chain.
  • Demonstrated success growing strategic accounts and long-term customer relationships.
  • CRM experience (Salesforce or equivalent).
  • Ability to travel minimum 50% and up to 75% within the region.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related technical field preferred. Equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with company revenue goals.
  • Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting for the US West territory.
  • Identify new opportunities in fab, OSAT, foundry, and semiconductor equipment markets.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual booking and revenue targets.
  • Grow existing accounts while developing new customer relationships.
  • Lead account planning, business reviews, and technical discussions.
  • Manage contract negotiations, pricing proposals, and commercial terms.
  • Identify new applications and opportunities for company products and technologies.
  • Work with corporate marketing and product teams to influence product roadmaps.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Partner with applications engineering, product management, and marketing.
  • Provide voice-of-customer (VOC) to support product direction and competitive positioning.
  • Drive alignment between customer expectations and company capabilities.
