As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the promotion of TIGER Drylac’s brand, products, sales, and customer service in a defined geographical region. This position is for MN, ND, SD, & Northern IA territory regions in the U.S. TIGER Drylac is a professionally managed and family-owned business with over 80 years of experience in the powder coating industry. Requirements

  • Understanding of TIGER product portfolio
  • Ability to maintain and develop existing and new customers
  • Ability to manage product/service mix, pricing, and margins
  • Ability to integrate sales efforts with marketing activities
  • Ability to respond to and follow up with sales inquiries
  • Ability to monitor market and competitor activities
  • Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Ability to provide technical service and training to customers
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues
  • Proficiency in entering and maintaining data in SAP
  • Ability to forecast sales
  • Ability to report as required by company

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for direct sales for all existing and future customers in prescribed territory
  • Understand entire TIGER product portfolio and make appropriate product recommendations
  • Maintain and develop existing and new customers to optimize service, sales growth, and customer satisfaction
  • Manage product/service mix, pricing, and margins according to company policy
  • Integrate individual sales efforts with other organized marketing activities and/or other regions where required
  • Respond to and follow up with sales inquiries
  • Monitor and support current market and competitor activities
  • Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to manage assigned customers
  • Technical service & training of the customers‘ applicators including trouble shooting in conjunction with AFS.
  • Enter and maintains data into Smart Business Client for SAP
  • Forecast sales for the region
  • Report as required by company
