About The Position

Regional Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Outside Sales Representative to join a Critical Power Company based in New York. We’re looking for a driven and commercially strong Regional Sales Manager to take ownership of capital equipment sales across the Northwest region. You’ll be the front-line commercial lead for UPS systems, power controls, switchgear, and generator solutions

Requirements

Previous experience in a Regional Sales Manager, Business Development Representative, Technical Sales Engineer, Outside Sales Representative
Minimum 5+ years in technical capital equipment or power systems sales.
Strong understanding of critical power infrastructure (UPS, power distribution, generators, controls).
Willingness to travel regularly across the Northwest region for client meetings, site visits, and events.
Degree in a technical field preferred (Electrical Engineering ideal).

Responsibilities

Drive new capital equipment sales across UPS, controls, switchgear, and generator products.
Consistently deliver against revenue targets and territory growth plans.
Manage complex sales cycles, proposals, and client engagements from early-stage scoping through close.
Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, end users, and OEM partners.
Represent the business at industry events, workshops, conferences, and client meetings.
Work closely with technical, engineering, marketing, and executive teams on sales strategies and market positioning.
Provide accurate forecasting, maintain clean CRM reporting, and support contract negotiations.
Identify new market opportunities and feed competitive insights back into the commercial strategy.
Cover the Northwest Region.
