The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the business development and implementation of sales strategy in a specified region or geographical area. The RSM manages the regional sales pipeline with a focus on closing accounts with potential business of 50+ field employee placements. The RSM will partner with the assigned Regional Vice President (RVP) to execute their region’s growth strategy.
