This role is responsible for building a high-performing, future-ready sales team that consistently delivers results in the Ontario region. The manager will develop and motivate the team, foster high engagement, and build a culture of trust. They will create and manage a regional plan to meet channel revenue KPIs and targets, manage customer relationships for optimal execution, and work closely with internal stakeholders. A strong understanding of category insights and the ability to coach the team in using category tools to influence customers is essential.
