  • Develop, mentor and inspire the sales/service leaders to support our portfolio of clients while maintaining our strong culture.
  • Maintain presence throughout the region while coaching Branch Managers.
  • Be the strong connection between head office and our branch teams.
  • Achieve targets while focusing on continuous learning and designing new ways to deliver value.
  • Stay at the forefront of the insurance industry.
