Position Overview We’re hiring a Regional Sales Manager to lead sales growth, customer relationships, and team performance across our Arizona region. This role is ideal for a motivated sales leader who thrives on coaching teams, developing strategic customer partnerships, and driving profitable growth in a fast-paced distribution environment. As a Regional Sales Manager, you’ll provide leadership and direction to regional sales teams while partnering closely with Operations leadership to improve overall business performance, customer retention, and operational execution.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and sales management experience
  • Proven success driving revenue growth and customer retention
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong business acumen and consultative selling abilities
  • Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and manage multiple priorities
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience
  • Minimum 2+ years of management experience leading teams and driving results
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly throughout the region

  • Experience in construction supply, industrial distribution, or related industries preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop regional sales teams to drive revenue growth, profitability, and customer retention.
  • Partner with the Division Operations Manager to improve overall regional performance and operational alignment.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies, annual sales plans, and growth initiatives aligned with company objectives.
  • Establish clear sales goals, KPIs, and accountability standards across the region.
  • Coach, mentor, and support sales representatives to improve performance, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
  • Conduct joint sales calls and direct selling activities with team members as needed.
  • Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer opportunities to identify areas for growth and improvement.
  • Resolve customer and sales-related challenges at both a strategic and tactical level.
  • Collaborate with operational and corporate teams to streamline processes and improve efficiencies.
  • Prepare and present monthly regional performance reports and action plans to leadership.
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, and development of top sales talent within the region.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships through regular travel, branch visits, and strategic account meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and safety expectations.
