DNE Laser USA is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to manage and grow a West Coast sales territory focused on metal fabrication and manufacturing customers. This full-time, exempt role involves developing relationships with fabrication shops, manufacturers, dealers, and industry partners. The position requires extensive travel throughout the territory to conduct customer visits, equipment demos, attend trade shows, and hold sales meetings. The Regional Sales Manager will work directly with customers to understand their production challenges and recommend equipment solutions, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Additionally, the role involves supporting and strengthening dealer/distributor relationships, collaborating with applications engineering and service teams, and maintaining accurate pipeline activity and forecasting within CRM tools.
