The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for meeting company order, sales and market-share goals through direct selling efforts, training and management. The successful candidate will be part of an innovative culture which places great emphasis on training, personal development and growth. This role requires the candidate to live in KS, CO, MO, or IA states. Our success is rooted in a tradition of “being best prepared” to address concerns around high-voltage asset reliability in industries such as Power Generation, Oil & Gas, Pulp & Paper, Mining, and others. As a result, we promote and encourage active participation (and membership) in technical groups such as IEC, the IEEE and Industrial Application Societies.
