The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) lives and works in a defined region of the country, focusing on building engaged, mutually beneficial relationships between Field Controls and its key accounts to drive sales growth. The RSM is a critical member of our sales organization that identifies and creates opportunities by positioning solutions aligned with key customer goals, challenges, and initiatives. The RSM is responsible for managing independent reps and/or territory managers and creating growth of HVAC sales through distributors and contractors in their region.
