This role involves conducting comprehensive financial and wealth planning analyses for high net worth (HNW) and ultra-high net worth (UHNW) Latin American (LATAM) clients. The primary focus is on identifying and addressing clients' unique objectives, ensuring alignment with their long-term investment goals and family wealth structures. The position requires using the Spanish language to validate client objectives and prepare recommendations for investment products. Advanced financial modeling and market analysis will be utilized to tailor solutions for evolving client needs. The banker will meet with clients to provide sophisticated advisory services on portfolio construction and investment strategies, communicating these in Spanish. The role also includes performing market analyses and research to identify and contact potential new HNW and UHNW private client prospects in Argentina, Chile, and Uruguay. Most tasks and communications are conducted in Spanish. The banker will autonomously provide wealth management advice and solutions to HNW and UHNW families in LATAM, specifically in Argentina, Chile, and Uruguay, using Spanish. Responsibilities include addressing complex financial issues, proposing innovative wealth management solutions, managing client experience, and leveraging resources to deliver complete wealth management solutions. The Spanish language will be used to market and implement investment, banking, financing, and fiduciary solutions to HNW and UHNW clients from Argentina, Uruguay, and Chile. The role involves leveraging senior-level relationships with specialists and coordinating their advice on portfolio investment strategy, credit and lending transactions, and succession and fiduciary plans. Building trust and managing client relationships effectively in their native Spanish language is crucial. Ensuring proposed solutions meet client needs, goals, and objectives is a key responsibility. The banker will manage accounts to ensure completed client profiles, introduction to appropriate product specialists, and proper account maintenance and servicing. This includes performing duties to maintain the firm's books and records, fulfilling know-your-client duties, observing cross-border regulations, collecting and updating client information, and addressing anti-money laundering obligations. The position requires independently contacting, prospecting, and converting leads to new private clients, and providing on-the-job training to junior staff. Travel to the LATAM region (Argentina, Chile, and Uruguay) is required for client meetings, up to 40% of the time.
