The Regional Sales Manager is an individual contributor responsible for driving orders growth and managing customer relationships within an assigned territory for ORTEC products and solutions. This position owns a territory, a quota, and a portfolio of accounts. This role is accountable for developing and executing a territory sales plan, managing the sales pipeline and forecast, and closing opportunities across existing customers and new prospects. The individual works closely with inside sales, technical support, and applications teams to deliver solutions that meet customer requirements and drive profitable growth. Success in this role requires strong technical and commercial acumen, disciplined funnel management, and the ability to operate independently while collaborating across a matrixed organization.
