About The Position

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and managing customer relationships across an assigned geographic territory. You’ll partner with distributors and end-user customers to grow revenue, expand market presence, and achieve margin goals. This role is ideal for a self-driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships, being on the road, and delivering results.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in foodservice, paper, or specialty distribution
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and margin goals
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
  • Ability to travel up to 50%

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with regional distributors and end-user customers
  • Own and develop the assigned account base within the territory
  • Achieve assigned sales revenue and margin targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Monitor competitive activity and market trends
  • Plan, track, and report sales activity using CRM tools
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support customer needs and sales objectives
  • Maintain accurate customer and opportunity data within Salesforce
