We’re looking for a dynamic leader to take charge of our high-performing Los Angeles team and drive success across our showroom, satellite location, and the Southern California territory. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years in sales leadership within a luxury brand; 5+ years in inside/outside sales.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience closing high-value deals.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM systems and virtual client engagement.
  • Well-connected within the Los Angeles/Southern California design trade.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% within the market and to HQ
  • Ability to lift and mobilize small to medium items up to 25 lbs. while utilizing appropriate equipment and techniques.
  • Ability to maneuver effectively around showroom floor, stock room and office.
  • Position could entail periods of standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending and climbing.
  • Licensed to drive preferred.
  • Ability to travel locally or out of state.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of plumbing, tile, or construction is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a sales team
  • Coach and inspire a sales team to deliver exceptional results and client experiences.
  • Recruit, train, and develop talent for future growth.
  • Foster accountability and empower the team to resolve client issues with a servant-leadership approach.
  • Own full P&L responsibility for the showroom and territory.
  • Implement strategies to position Waterworks as the leader in luxury bath and kitchen.
  • Oversee CRM, pipeline management, and reporting to ensure sales effectiveness.
  • Maintain showroom operations and uphold brand standards.
  • Strengthen partnerships with key accounts and industry organizations.
  • Represent Waterworks at design events, networking groups, and client engagements.
  • Support the team in securing new business and expanding market share.
  • Other duties and accountabilities as assigned.
