About The Position

The Regional Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales and supporting various sales channels within the organization. This position requires a proactive individual who can align with Sr. Regional Sales Managers, support enterprise-level engagements, and manage reseller accounts for support and onboarding. The successful candidate will lead specific channel accounts, develop an operating model for daily interactions with Sr. RSMs, manage opportunities, provide accurate forecasts, and ensure the successful closing and quoting of opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the technology or IT sector.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce, LinkedIn and other sales tools.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Align with Sr. RSMs in the field
  • Support in the Enterprise
  • Support the Management of Reseller Accounts

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual individual sales targets; as well as support the broader enterprise Security sales team with meeting its overall sales targets
