About The Position

MC Fastening Solutions is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Regional Sales Manager to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for sales and a desire to grow within the manufacturing and assembly industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets within their assigned region.  This will include but not limited to solutions around our current and expending product portfolio of hand held and fixture torqueing tools (nut runners) and Servo press-fit systems.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
  • Basic understanding of mechanical systems and engineering principles is a plus
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Active listener with excellent communication skills
  • Sound judgement and critical thinking
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong interest in sales and the fastening and press systems industry
  • Proven experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in fastening and press systems

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with inventory and ERP software is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and within project teams
  • Self-motivated and responsible
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets and objectives
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote company products and services
  • Continuously improve product knowledge and stay updated with industry developments
  • Other duties as assigned
