About The Position

This role is a remote position located in Houston, Texas and relocation is not offered for this position. Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions Inc. does not sponsor US work authorizations for this job position including H-1B, O-1, and TN. Ericsson also does not hire F-1’s working on EAD for this position. Regional Sales Manager for South Texas driving new business, retaining accounts, and expanding opportunities. Partners with Inside Sales to meet growth goals, manage pipelines, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 5+ years sales experience in IT Security/Networking.
Proven success in complex sales environments and channel/direct sales models.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and team motivation skills.
Entrepreneurial, competitive, and strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities.
Must reside in the region and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain professional relationships, coordinating internal teams to meet customer needs and achieve sales/profit targets.
Develop account plans, manage pipelines, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Use CRM for lead generation, account management, and reporting.
Travel for client meetings, tradeshows, and collaboration with international and cross-department teams.
Maintain company image, participate in ongoing training, and adhere to policies.
