About The Position

The Regional Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding market presence in the California market and will optimize pricing and advise on sales techniques to enhance client relationships. Lead compelling sales presentations, coordinate interdepartmentally for superior customer support, and expand our client base through targeted marketing efforts. This role demands strong sales acumen, relationship-building skills, and willingness to travel throughout the state and internationally as required for team meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales and business development.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word processing software.
  • Strong sales and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build effective relationships quickly and across various teams.
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet corporate goals.

  • Coordinate between sales and other departments to enhance customer support.
