Axon & PE Labelers is looking for a West Coast Regional Sales Manager to maintain current and generate new sales with the goal of building long term customer relationships and increasing revenue. This role involves acting as the primary relationship contact with PE/ Axon customers and partners in identified target markets and applications, managing profitable relationships. The position requires collaboration with project managers, engineering, sales & marketing staffs, and service support personnel to ensure customers are aware of product line solutions and that PE/Axon personnel understand customer expectations. The role also involves managing relationships with existing accounts, partners, and independent agents, identifying and developing new customers and commercial opportunities to achieve territory revenue goals, and collecting necessary data from customers to evaluate potential new projects. The Regional Sales Manager will serve as a liaison between the customer and engineering to develop optimal project solutions and pricing, provide customers with technical and commercial information to secure purchase orders (including preparing proposals and presentations), and negotiate final purchase agreements. After a sale, the role ensures all pertinent information is complete for order fulfillment and supports project management in collecting customer specifications and samples. Additionally, the position requires participation in company trade shows, preparation of sales forecasts, maintenance of sales records and reports, and assistance in developing product promotional materials. The Regional Sales Manager will advise the Director of Sales on product line issues and perform other assigned duties as required.
